I worked for OC more than 10 yrs, it was journey of leaning and delivering results. I always term OC as University where I got to learn all the best practices in the terms if efficient manufacturing, improvement tools, leadership skills, team work and knowledge to survive in tough situations.

Your experience doesnt matter untik you are operation Engineer. Always try to get Sr. Operation designation. Also no vertical growth. High responsibility. Increment is very low. Salary must be vary whomsoever working in winder and sliving they are very much hard and dangerous for your future.
