Experience wasn't good. Communication with the company was very poor. Even after internship got over, we had to really constantly try communicate with the company for our SIP certificate with took more than 45 days.

Dislikes

The HRs never call, text back. They never pick up our calls.

Work Details

Had to complete 6 tasks out of which 1st task was common for all domains and was a sales task. Next task was related to my domain. I had to study the supply chain network of outlook company. Used forecast techniques, study another company etc.

Need help in deciding from the following offers

I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3. Deloitte - Still negotiating trying for 30-35 lpa I am prioritizing long term employment as well as personal/ professional growth as I have major family responsibilities coming ahead in next year. Please let me know your insights. Update - Thank you for all the inputs everyone who all contributed to the discussion. I have actually made my decision, I will be joining ICS at technical lead - 37 LPA. They offered a sweet deal that is too good to resist.
