Good career growth opportunities for those who intend to grow in travel or customer care domain. Excellent compensation and rewards program though hikes on growth aren't standardized. Good people culture

Dislikes

Mediocre higher management with no fixed vision. Policies are super fickle. Too many KPIs to tackle with no clear defined path or assistance in meeting any goals Core KPI and responsibilities keep changing every 2-4 weeks without any change to the incentive plan

I would rather recommend other companies as they wouldn't value loyalty and experience. I was chucked out@ the time when the whole world is struggling against Covid and it was done thru email. Moreover, the stress and culture wouldn't worth the money you earn.

Dislikes

They need to understand what makes an or break any company is " Loyalty ". When you cannot value internal customers, how would you take care of external customers.

They used to provide good incentive but now due to management they are focusing on cost cutting which resulted in attriton. The CEO is being misled by few individuals who are actually spoiling the image of the company. They are on self centric individuals indulging in low politics. This is why this company is known as FIRE PORTAL.

Toxic Work Environment

Hi Everyone. I recently joined a company to grow, but the work environment is toxic. The manager is rude, doesn’t guide, and gets angry when I ask questions. They rely on Excel for tasks instead of proper tools like Jira, and tasks lack clear details. Many seniors have quit, and the team is disorganized.
