I don't understand the negative reviews here from the people but to me it reflects more of a personal shortcoming as an individual rather then Companies itself. I've been a proud member of OT Solutions Tech for the past year and a half, and my journey here has been nothing short of exceptional. I like the people I work with and culture they have here in Indore office. I do enjoy freedom of speak and voicing concerns which actually gets heard here. The management team at OT Solutions Tech is generally approachable and supportive. They offer guidance and opportunity for growth....Read More

While there are some minor areas of improvement but no doubt this company is dedicated to its employees improvement and growth if employees are wiling to work with dedication.
