This organisation is not hiring you they are purchasing you They have simple strategy to prove you fool on first place and you have to keep justifying yourself that I am not fool and when you are stuck in this cycle you work for 13 14 hours a day and even work on Saturday and Sunday. They achieve their motive with less salary, by just proving you as dumb personality you keep working and trying to justify that you are not brainless employee. Osource is an great organisation for gaining experience in different processes of Finance and Accounting. There are many processes where we can get experience of different modules such as SAP, Oracle, ONEX, and many more. There is great transperancy between higher and lower level employees which is very rare to find in any organisation which helps to resolve many issues

Dislikes

Opportunities for career growth and professional development seem limited. More structured career paths and training programs would greatly benefit employees who are looking to advance their careers within the company.

Company hires fresher candidates. Good Company to start your career. Flexible working hours. Good environment in Process team but some process are very bad for work. HR are useless in some cases.

Sometimes you have to give extra hours for work... No compensation for Working on weekends...... Some Managers are not to worth have it as Manager.

It has Good environment also there is good management, and I got good promotion within 2 years, all the trainers and managers are very corporative with all the employees and grandly we celebrate all the functions, and there is 5 days working but sometime when the work load is more we have to work on Saturday

I am working in this company since 1 year . Management & work environment here is pretty good. The thing I like the most here is our safety and job security. HR make sures that our problems are never unheard and our issues are resolved. Staff is really supportive. Almost every festival is celebrated with very enthusiasm.
