They teach me data science and lot of things to be a data scientist.

It’s a startup company and our ceo try to manage things all by themselves which leads to the poor management. No manager only 1 or 2 Hr and they try to work on multiple projects, which leads to work pressure. Life is horrible in this company. But the company is closed now.

Work Details

Work policy: 3 days/week from office

Work days: Monday to Saturday (Flexible Timings)

Work related travel: This is a desk job.

My working experience in this reputed company is good,it's totally team work.Because maintanence of heavy vehicle and earth moving machinery needed team work.this is the best part of the company.seniors are supportive nature.

Dislikes

Company is good but growth very slow.working pressure is very high.I am working 12-14 hours instead of 10hrs.there is no special training provided by company.

Work Details

Heavy vehicle(Volvo tipper) and earth moving machineries(Excavater Tata Hitachi) Maintainance are done under my guidence and manage work power also prepare daily break dawn report parts consumption by machines.Also prepared daily progress report.
