Recruiting HRs from Bangalore should be more truthful with the info they give out during hiring. I was promised for home pick up and drop while hiring later after I joined I was denied for transport stating my house was beyond their pickup radius(25kms) Dint they do a background check when I uploaded bgv documents. Even after my constant req at one point both bnglr n hyd HR put me in a place where they said I was manipulating info. They cannot stand by their words n later blame other for their blunders. At one point the HR stated we cannot provide cab decided if you want to continue here or its your call. Work pressure,Expects 10 tasks to be handled by a single person. Montomy rule of the operations ,who takes charge of the training decisions. Less growth opportunities.

Colleagues i worked with were the only motivation to come to work and my commitment. I love the job i do thats it.

Dislikes

What OSBI claims to be employee sentric and culture oriented, it false.... They are biased, horrible work ethics followed and if we hilight the wrong practice, the next minute you are out of the organisation. The put you in mental stress and abuse you based on your personal situation. I dont want anybody to go through what anybody went through, hence i dont refer anyone to join the place.

cab facility is excellent Managers head like Clive and Anil Phillip also sandeep HR they need to work should care the employees remember employee father past away they are asking immediately death certificate stupid company they should have patience stupidity fool people they spoil employee life if you can't do good then don't do bad

Team leader won't understand people same goes to management they never understand employees TL and Managers are very stupid arrogant they abuse to employee as well hr not available immediately they need to improve as they are the brand image of Kent Reliance lot of political drama showed to employees if someone fathers died they have no courtesy at least manners

Everything is wonderful about OSBI which there are also few faults but they aren’t because of the company but with the people who are a little ill mannered but organization is Wonderful

There are few people in the superior roles who are more of partiality affectionate as there discrimination on badis of banglore and Hyderabad location as banglore people are highly knowledgeable and Hyderabad people aren’t so in few peoples Intentions rest all everything is wonderful

Nothing is good. they will change ratings at last moment just to cover up the mess by management. efforts, long hours, contribution, nothing matters to them. you are just a number who can be replaced. managers and leads are so toxic, double faced they will show they care but in reality they will blame you for everything and just keep documenting everything to save themselves. the work is ever increasing but management is doing nothing about it, rather just blame game for making errors without any coaching or training....Read More
