What OSBI claims to be employee sentric and culture oriented, it false.... They are biased, horrible work ethics followed and if we hilight the wrong practice, the next minute you are out of the organisation. The put you in mental stress and abuse you based on your personal situation. I dont want anybody to go through what anybody went through, hence i dont refer anyone to join the place.

There is nothing to like because the company has gone to dogs. There is a drastic change in the management because most of the tenured gold gems left this company due to dirty politics played by few longstanding tenured and new management staffs.

Dislike the new leaders that they have hired. Company is going through the worst time of their life by laying off people. So many undeserving people with zero people management experience are being promoted. They have become experts in false promises. I was promised for home pick up and drop while hiring later after I joined I was denied for transport stating my house was beyond their pickup radius(25kms) Dint they do a background check when I uploaded bgv documents.
