Likes

Learning skills, training session are excellent , and my special thanks to our director Mr.Deepu sir and to all superiors in covid situation also company has paid full salaries with incentives to the staff.

Skill development - Excellent
Job security - Good
Work satisfaction - Good
Company culture - Good

Dislikes

Working timings are not as per company policies for employees even for female staff also there is no any shift system .and in some stores management is not good and there is no any support and motivation from manager.

Work-life balance - Poor

It was Great experience working with ORRA fine jewellery , good support and motivation from the managers and company.
