Nothing to like about. Most of the employees are not getting salary in this critical situation. Few, those who are very close to management officials and ofcourse not because of their performance, are getting half salary.

Dislikes

There are nothing to like about. Salary is so low, none can maintain the job profile, every one has to do every work. no proper increment for the performer, those who pretends to do very hard work only they are close to the middle management, they got increment properly.

Work Details

No support from higher management. Middle management is terrible. They put down the fame of the organisation to the hell. Voice of the branch level does not go to the higher management just because of middle management. Horrible experience.
