Here you can focus & learm many things as it's a consultancy & they're still growing. The scope of learning something new & developing of your skill will be much easier than other companies . There is pressure but it drpends on the team & department one is working with. Overall company culture is environment is good . I have been terminated in a day without any prior Notice what should I do ?

Will this recent termination effect my future career? So I have worked with this company its not even been 6 months they terminated me just before completing my probation period 2 days left for my probation to complete they terminated me before that immediately, will I get a relieving letter ?
