Everything including work culture, it's own rules regulations, mental harassment, no management skills, head of the dept dnt know how to work with team, nepotism, seniors understand themselves as managers who are not capable of that designation, make unnecessary rules which are not even related to work, nobody focuses on work, seniors just know how to play politics even where it is not necessary, never seen such a third grade company where R&D head dnt knw how to run the company. Good learning to operate and control process with DCS Yokogawa panel. Perfect for only freshers. Novice engineer can learn to understand and apply fundamentals that he or she had studied in undergraduate program.

No transportation facility available for shifts. Extremely low wages, fraudulent with positions and salary discussion. You will be convinced with good butters and when you will join in actually scenario will totally different. No trustworthy. HR Department is bogus. They want engineers to work in diploma's based payroll and designation with Junior officer. They can extract work from you with same position till the three years. Lowest increment. Manipulative behavior, bad politics, jack will work. Work environment is good. You will be given Factory apprentice if you are fresher instead of Graduate Trainee Engineer, after One year of Factory apprentice you will be on Junior officer with low wages (1.78 Lac per annum) instead of Shift engineer designation and 2.1 Lac per annum salary which is minimum fixed salary industry gives to fresh engineers. Anita & Parag both are involving in to close this company in future .. Huge discrimination if you are non Marathi .. Parag say employees are just like a chew gum for I will chew until I get sweet taste after that I will spitt it out .. Many problems Here . Union are not satisfied. Marathi vs Other discrimination. 20 HR fired since 2018 to till date They can fire you any time. Zero job Security. Both Husband & wife looting this company. No future of this company.
