friendly enviornment if follow procedures and maintain each minute report manually

many things which include no compensation and benefits,one month prior intimation for leave,management is not adjustable to employee growth unless it is favourite one.

Orient was good but the client tikona was harassing employees, orient cannot do much abt it they can change site for employee

Work Details

It all depends on client, orient provides manpower to client on its payroll. In my case client tikona was harassing too much many of my colleagues were in same situation but everybody like me moved on and got posted ingood companies
