Its all about the Work Culture. Everybody here are treated equally and recognized for their efforts. Will get very much positive vibes from peers which definitely acts as a motivation to work more efficiently. No hierarchy constraints. Regular feedback from the employees to improve work culture is maintained. Regular training to upgrade ourselves according the market demand.
