I am glad to work over here . A good place to increase knowledge and helps to upgrade our self I learned many thing from here our manager and team are supportive all the time .It's been short time but learned many things at short span of time . The most likely thing is A good environment to work and learn.

As the company provide every thing but the transport facility which is making trouble for us to travel.

Friendly nature with Management , Enjoying while doing the work. Support from manager( Kulsum mam). Our Director Srinivas Garu ,he is always there for us.

I would like to firstly mention about the positivity and support provided by every employee and especially our Managing Director N.Srinivas Goud,the way he tries to make us the best in knowledge and skill by taking time to train us everytime,supporting us every moment we need and help he provides whenever we are looking for!!and to talk about the culture,I have never seen a culture charter placed in a company with all the employers acceptance and everyone following it..and having a healthy work environment is appreciated very much!!Not only the colleagues but the Managers,who support and train us and be at our back and be our backbone every time we need them is fantastic!!and to tell about the company benefits,job security,career growth everything is fantabulous!Orient Spectra definitely reach our expectations in giving hikes,promotions!!Joining Orient Spectra is a luck for life time...career graph will be always growing and people will be definitely awarded for their hard work!!
