Worst culture, no management direction. Frequent changing of CEOs and BU Heads in Fan Division. National Sales Head, Service Head, 2 BU Heads and 3 CEOs have come in the past 1.5 years. Power centered around the owner, and everyone just serves the owner and their offspring.

At orient Electric it seems to be great pleasure . There are lots to learn it depends on you how you capture things. We can make work life balance easily . compensation is decent, work pressure is not so much but sometimes have to work 10 to 12 hour
