The students and parents were good and some of my colleagues

Firstly I had been laid off because they had hired in excess they didn't give me a months notice . The principal had told that after 1 week you need to search for a job. When you want to leave the organization you are asked to serve 3 months notice period and these people without even thinking about their employee just lay us off . With me they had laid off almost 6 to 7 teachers who had a very good potential in the field. <mark style="background-color: #fff5e4;"> They had opted for Orchids has it had a good reputation over other schools but who knew the hideous internal working culture as well as politics that goes behind your back giving in return such a negative reinforcement of the worst working environment I ever had </mark> Orchids is really un professional when it comes to thinking about your employees they actually don't even think about their students needs just expect fees from them. They don't have proper classroom allocation When they hire you as a fresher they dump subjects upon you which are irrelevant to your pedagogy They make you slog even after our 8 hours working shift. If you make a good rapport with your planners of your particular the coordinators feel jealous and say ill words about you so that you get a bad review The above information is about Borivali branch I feel very blessed to not work at orchids any more....Read More
