Nothing, I had my worst experience at Orchids, no professionalism, no corporate culture, no hierarchy, no SOP’s for anything. All the seniors their were working to just satisfy their egos.

Work Culture is super pathetic. Super pressure on students for giving results and hence teachers keeps giving pressure. Corporate work environment no skill development focus. Only do business nothing related to teaching. No leaves holidays to staff.

Everything I have seen there is to be disliked including the Principal. Everyday there is a resignation from staff. It indicates a lot to people who knows the meaning of it .
