They'll make you stay back for no reason at all. There's no work-life balance. No appraisal. It's hell for teachers here. Their policy changes every day!! They'll make you work even on national holidays without any extra pay or comp-off! Beware!!

I have several concerns that have led to my decision to resign from Orchids the international School. 1) Unilateral Changes to Job responsibilities - My role has been changed without my consent, and I've been assigned counselling work without relevant training or background. 2) Unrealistic workload and expectations- I've been tasked with completing incomplete data within an unrealistic timeframe without support, and I'm Expected to work late hours, Including Sunday's and Holiday's. 3) Disregards for employee well- being- The management has shown a lack of concern for my mental and physical health, expecting me to work despite health issues. 4) Unfair treatment and inaccurate accusations- I was marked Leave without pay(LWP) for not reading whatsapp messages where i was busy was with given tasked<mark style="background-color: #fff5e4;">. 5) Company is only adding roles and responsibilities day by day not while increment hike they give 3-5% only</mark>. after giving 10hours to company. 6) lack of support and grievance redressal- My grievances have been ignored, I've received no Support or response from the management. No work life balance, you have to work after going home, you can be called after at any time after evening to work and attend meetings, favoratism is the key rule that is followed here. Salary increment is just 600 to 800 rupees per year if new or old it is same may be changed for favoritesark>. You can be given any subject to teach. Never show your talent as that can lead to lots of work. If your work time ends at 3.00 pm still you have to stay back and work for more than that....Read More

Perks of working at Orchids international is just the salary.

The cons of working at Orchids are many but I would just highlight the important ones. Though the salary is good as a fresher but it comes with lots of pressure too. It is just a cold calling job where you get no respect you work there as an unsaid slave. The management level at Orchids is the worst, there is no ground level analysis, nobody cares about the root cause of the problem and even if there are too many higher degree graduates but the application is zero. Furthermore there is no growth in orchids for instance if you start at position A you'll end up being there only. In addition, the work environment is not suitable for a peace mind person because it is too much chaos, internal conflicts, jealousy, and you don't have a work- life balance<mark style="background-color: #fff5e4;">. Pov: don't have a expectations to get an appraisal because you won't get it</mark>. The management is partial, new employee are getting a good package though they are not that qualified. Hardly we get any appraisal. Nobody looks into the salary things actually. Many to pen *Teachers have no respect and are treated like dogs literally. Do you think we are illiterates?? *Casual leaves are not granted, every leave is a lop and cl s aren't encashed. *increment is the worst.. 600 rs.. Peanuts are you giving.?? *CBSE affiliation isn't there, exams are written under Ramanashree after paying ₹1,46,000/- *No appreciation till date for any work done, for anything achieved. * teachers are humiliated front of any given person. For everything they know to say loss of pay. Remember you are paying for what teachers are hard working and not from ur pocket. * principal herself doesn't know good english. Jeeeeerooo for zero. *no growth for teachers. No job security. * bloody reasons are made to a very well performing teacher just to terminate her. Teachers are targetted to that level. * 37 work load was given for a teacher, how will she even have voice by the end of the day???? And forced to work for 2 branches. The 2nd branch was 22kms from my house and after denying to this I was asked to take a call.. Why??? Can't u people hire a teacher for that particular subject being named INTERNATIONAL school.. She even threatened ne to move as a part time teacher just because I din wanted to go to any other branch. * whom should the teacher approach if she has to escalate about the principal to higher heads or zonal heads.. It's not only teachers at fault even principals can be. Pls help the teachers undergoing sooooo much in this institutions.
