So much of workload one room attendent making 25 rooms every day. So much of linen issue. The owner of the hotel is very bad Hi don't have manners to talk with staff and if any one said sorry to him then Mr kamat asking 1000 times sorry means what? Sorry means what? Sorry means what? In cafeteria the hotel staff eating that food which is guest throwing in restaurant. So much of groupisum is there.

My front office team was very good they always support me i am very happy to worked with orchid hotel if orchid give me good opportnuitie i want to be came back

Specially HR sakpal sir first he was take my 1 round interview sir was very good because he is doing good job every day and good maintain communication and co-ordination with staff and F&B manager Gupta sir he was take my 2 round interview that's very good question asking related about f&b service after then I'm joining job he wasleft job and he was joined in Novotel hotel kharadi. And my fevorate restaurant manager Shubhankar sir he was very good because daily taking briefing and guide and teaching all new things about f&b service. HR assistant preeti is rude and oversmart behave to staff.and my job end date not mention in pf account, second thing after joining 3 month there F&B coffee shop staff was change. New F&b manger Kundu sir was very rude and oversmart behave to staff actually he should be guide to staff and give to knowledge about the department but he not following this process.he is only setting everytime in sales department doing only timepass I'm not mention here about Kundu sir.
