Good work environment, good work culture, good company policies, good salary and hike every year.

There is a lot of politics in production area. Everyone have their own issue but it purley reflect on quality. In textile there is a longer process for fabric production and more then one dept. Can affected on single defect. Sometimes no one judge that which dept. Everything which includes working environment, culture, management etc There was restrictions to everything, there was restrictions even on our thinking, management doesn't allow anyone to give their creative and innovative ideas.

Toxic Work Environment

Hi Everyone. I recently joined a company to grow, but the work environment is toxic. The manager is rude, doesn’t guide, and gets angry when I ask questions. They rely on Excel for tasks instead of proper tools like Jira, and tasks lack clear details. Many seniors have quit, and the team is disorganized. HR couldn’t help, and the stress is affecting my mental health. Should I stay or resign? Will leaving early harm my career? If I stay, how can I manage this .without losing my peace?
