Work life balance seems to be the only plus point for this organisation as there is seldom any pressure to meet deadlines.

Dislikes

Work environment is below standard.... Organisation politics has bloomed to the fullest, there is no appreciation for a job done well with the personnel in the management taking the cream of the revenue earned.... The employees are the last priority for this organisation.
