Trainings : You are not allowed to take trainings that will not help your current work.. Management thinks.. "What if they learn new skills and leave.." but they forget.. "What if they don't learn and stay.." Hikes : Horrible.. Once in 2 years if you are lucky.. and applicable from 2 months before starting of next financial year.. "No arrears" Career Growth : There are people with 20+ years exp and work as IC.. So no need to worry about position if you feel you are enough paid Learning : Best in the business.. No restrictions. Open to all. Excellent place for self-learners. Job security : Horrible. One will not know when will be their last working day. No job Security, even though we have so much work in hands. we had huge lay off. They will hike and lay off all the new resources as old resources are used to company and they are the roots of the company. But Thank fully they have good Compensation of 2(layoff)+2(covid reason) months of salary unlike other companies.
