1 - Only boot lickers with no attitude towards work are promoted. Too much politics. 2 - 6% salary hike, worst among all the organizations. 3 - Management is just for name and politics, even VP doesn't know how the increment is done and how much fund will be given to the specific team. These decisions are made at SVP level which is too bad. They don't have a vision of how people will be promoted, they only aim for their profit and their own salary share. 4 - Managers highlight a simple work of a boot lockers as if he conquered the Himalayas. Technically you will learn as Oracle hire really good people. And work in latest technology and aim to goo deeper.

Dislikes

Layoffs without telling the reason. No PIP or anything, just dorect layoff.

Higher management is too much knowledgeable to understand problem and guide junior people to resolve any challenges. As well as they take each resources with their personal life priority.

In the LOB i worked, There are no benefits , ,hike, appraisal no additional activities it's always just work and work with micromanagement and stress. Will be told as where to sit, timings and rules to go to lunch, with the people whom you have to go to lunch and have to provide justification for every action taken just like a school.

Dislikes

Nothing is good. More powers to managers and less to hr's. Even if HR policy is to come office 2 days but due to managers ego you may come 5 days also. And even for leave or wfh you have to email managers and take approval. Mangers themselves dont come to office but expects you too come. The culture is pointing culture here instead of solving a issue. Frustrated in here.
