Only job security and if you are in offshore team, in some projects you will get good work life balance.

Nothing to learn new, old tech stack, if you work here long you are wasting your skills and reducing your worth in outside market. Company doesn't even give you good hike. I have seen people on the same post for years even if u put work. When you demand increased salary or any counter after getting job at another company, they don't even give you a matched offer and won't even try to retain you.
