If you don't want much growth in your career(hike + promotion) and don't want to switch the company further then you can consider.

Read it before joining the oracle. Previously I also believe all the review are not correct but after working several years I found it to be very true. Technology :- They used inhouse framework develop by them not openly used framework like spring boot, Angular, React instead 100% of them are going to use H*lid*n and Oj*t etc. which not being used by most of the company. So end up working in some framework used is widely not used by other company so that's why it will create impact on long run. Even though when I interview at that time also they have mentioned for microservice they are using the spring boot but no one is using. Even though some of them have used they are moving to H*lid*n and other inhouse framework develop by Oracle. Its good for company but not for employee. Career Growth :- Hike :- "They will not give hike once you joined". - take this statement with pinch of salt because its really what they are doing. I initially thought this statement is false while reading the review in the Glassdoor but after working z years I realizing those statements. Hike Cycle :- No one will tell you when is the hike cycle. If you ask hr partner they will say they don't have much information and request you to check with manager. Manager will say once they will get update from management they will let you know. They will not say the month also.. that's strange .. the person who 1X+ exp in the Oracle but they will not say. Even in the team some people will get hike and some will not hike why its not clear. Promotion :- They will not promote people not sure why.. even if the person will have the required skill set and experience to be in some another position but they will not do this.
