Double salary will be provided for working on weekends and holidays.

Dislikes

Redundant work. Very old tech stack. Poor process management. huge politics. Shouting managers and this is only 10% of what i dislike at OFSS.

Good pay and company policy. They would rate you and keep you at best place when you perform well. You would get ample time to get your work done.

Work Details

It was good before Pandemic. Now it’s somewhat tight. We tend to sit in front of system always but I believe most of other employees also face the same issue. So its a global thing now. But they don’t pressurise you
