Only job security and if you are in offshore team, in some projects you will get good work life balance.

Nothing to learn new, old tech stack, if you work here long you are wasting your skills and reducing your worth in outside market. Company doesn't even give you good hike. I have seen people on the same post for years even if u put work. When you demand increased salary or any counter after getting job at another company, they don't even give you a matched offer and won't even try to retain you.

No salary hike in last 3 years, no pramotion -people are working on same designation for years, 0 Employee benefits - apart from salary and travel allowance (if you are working as onsite resource) you get nothing from organisation, most of projects tech stack is outdated

Because of management and their handling of resources making the company a bad choice to work. Some teams are good and most of the teams are with work pressure. They barely given good hikes. In consulting side it's about the managers and management the teams wellbeing is dependent. Some managers choke(in a corporate way) the team and dump the work to limited resources for their good name in management as they can maximize profits by minimising employees in a team. They never care about employees interest it's again about the managers interest. Product company I have never been on bench in the last 17 Years No need to run looking for projects. Projects will automatically take you Lots of exposure in terms of direct customer requirements giving us insight of how customer uses our product/customizations

No Work life balance No demarcation between Imple and Support Teams which makes life miserable for the resources as they end up handling both in parallel Yearly Appraisals are delinked from hikes and hikes are not yearly. No preset frequency. May or may not happen. Even the leadership Team will not know if a hike is coming or not
