In my project, after spending 1 year, it is very monotonous to fix the bugs of multiple testing rounds. Due to improper management and impracticle deadlines, all the resources are just rushing to achieve the target irrespect of software quality, understand real-time use-case for bank and to avoid further impact to the software code.Leads in my team are not capable to judge the resource attitude as who is giving truly 100% in solving problem with right attitude and who is playing politics to support as per his/her comfertable working style. Due to this, good resource suffers and they leave. Management needs to look on this aspect in this remote working as who is regualr and who is not regular. Dedicated and regular folks should not face Saturday working due to irregular folks. Hence job is very monotonous and not productive because rather than actual software solution , time is spent in reaching different people to understand solution which then becomes obsolete once designed....Read More
