Because of management and their handling of resources making the company a bad choice to work. Some teams are good and most of the teams are with work pressure. They barely given good hikes. In consulting side it's about the managers and management the teams wellbeing is dependent. Some managers choke(in a corporate way) the team and dump the work to limited resources for their good name in management as they can maximize profits by minimising employees in a team. They never care about employees interest it's again about the managers interest.
