Career growth is good. I have an 5 years of experience in Oracle Financial Services Software but I got less than freshers salary.

I got an opportunity to work on various different projects during my contracts with OFSS; and I learned a goal oriented approach with knowledge gaining.

You may get n number of opportunities for the Contract role, but chances are less where it will be converted to permanent position. That's it.

1.Job had security 2.Bus facility inside city at reach and leave office 3.Basic training of languages but it's applicable to freshers 4.Has access to Oracle university couses and get discounts for some certificate courses if they are required under your project

1.Negligible salary hike / appraisal [salary increment of max a single digit percent (no matter how much anyone has worked, efforts put into) and that would amount negligible] 2.High Internal politics (no employee value / respect due to higher politics) 3.Non proper work environment(They do not follow proper SDLC, agile or any proper structual framework for that matter) 4.No work life balance (I used to get calls any time to solve issues or other concerns) 5.No work innovation (same non creative, redundant work, less time for idea and creativity) 6<mark style="background-color: #fff5e4;">.No significant career growth</mark> 7.Some senior teammates are sometimes less helpful I could have given statistical analysis to support my concerns but that would be too much.
