Very bad experience from TA team and HR department. I had to reach out to the senior director to get the issue addressed. And the outcome of it was they simply said sorry. Issue: They did not roll out the offer letter even after confirmation that I have cleared the technical round with the Senior director and upon agreeing for everything (compensation, NP etc) initially. Finally, if they find somebody who is okay with less compensation, your candidacy lands in garbage. No matter how many rounds you have cleared. Optiv totally lost my respect....Read More
