Likes

It was good working there for an year as the staffing was really helpful while training and always. There were fixed day shift and fixed Sunday off and Saturday half day. There I was selected as TSR in beginning and that too was good experience and then after getting promotion to quality analyst, I learned a lot about how to analyseeach and everything. Yes, there was some pressure of auditing number of calls but then too it was a really satisfying job....Read More

Dislikes

There was no logic that salary of TSR can be increased but not of quality analyst.

Work Details

It was exciting when there was competition and we were willing to win the weekly performance certificate. Sometimes hectic.

Work days: Monday to Friday (Flexible Timings)

Work related travel: This job involves Travel Within City.

I recently joined a new company, and within 10 days, I received a more attractive offer from another company. Can I resign without serving the notice period? Would declining any salary and relieving letter (Experience Letter) it easier for the company to agree to my departure?
