Work culture Unsupportive team No training structures Trainer always looks busy but without any work. The dumbest of all is the HR manager (Reetu Garg). She will give the new joiner PIP without any concrete reason instead of issuing warning letter. She doesn't have any work, only roamson the floor and issues PIPs for no reason. Nothing to like. 'Nothing' I also compliment for this company.

Dislikes

Everything. Managers will behave like they are having the work of whole world. They will always pretend to be busy. You are not going to learn anything just you will be distant from friends, family even yourself. Very toxic and stressful environment. If you are fresher don't even think to join (be unemployed for some more days and do some projects and join better place). You will be better on bench in MNC but not here. <mark style="background-color: #fff5e4;"> Don't expect of training nothing is going to be provided provided you, but they will mention on paper</mark>.
