1) Absolutely Nothing

1) It's the worst company you can find anywhere in the world. 2) They Just hire you as a trainee for 2 years of bond, where after the first 6 months, they force you to resign (Their intention is to pick the best of bests and of course to collect that bond amount). 3) About the CEO, He is actually a dumb guy who shamelessly ask youto work for 16 hours daily. Karma is boomerang "Pankaj(That MF name)". For your case, you will definitely be burried alive soon. 4) About HR, Well she is an a$$ hole who is busy talking with lawyers (as they have to collect that bond amount of 2 lakh rupees in case if you leave). 5) Well, it is a terrible company where you are used like robots (You can understand it, when you look at the CTC - They pay 25% of the ctc to insurance companies as insurance on behalf of you, The only way, you can claim that insurance is to fall sick or after you die). 6) About seniors, they are the so called best of bests that survived this race so far. The moment you join the company - you are straight away compared with these trained a$$ holes. They steal your credits. These so called credit stealers make you work on tough tasks where they themselves take up only the easy tasks<mark style="background-color: #fff5e4;">. 7) Don't think about work life balance - Your work here will be 15-16 hrs average</mark>. 8) If 10 people join here as freshers, 1 or 2 will survive, rest everybody will be forced to submit resignation. 9) In case if you abscond, this company will create the UAN and credit some 2000-3000 in your account which will create problem when you try to join other companies as a fresher. The so called WITCH companies check for your employment history and they ask for the relieving letter. Even most of the other struggling companies have started doing it in the BGV. 10) And also, this MF company spends so much money on BGV, Paying 25% of CTC to insurance companies. 11) Again they force you to attend their stupid shows on weekends. Who wants to see their collegues face during diwali by going with them on a trip....Read More

Nothing exceptional. Most of the fresher's work include bug fixing and random work. Most of the time the bugs are not code related but either network issue or client issue.

Dislikes

No bonuses, 3 months notice period + they hold entire salary for 3 months, no work life balance - you have to be available 24/7 (and i mean seriously 24/7) in the name of flexible timings, other employees are way over worked as well, hr politics - if you're someone at engineering role they might respond to you otherwise for support roles; they don't care....Read More

I've been working in the company for 9 months now and I have not experienced any kind of pressure from any senior or colleague in the company. Work-life balance is great and if you want to work on the week off then the seniors suggest getting the work done on the next working day and not wasting your week off on work but enjoying your week offs with your family or friends or to rest your mind. As of now, I'm working from home only but there have been 2-3 gatherings that were funded by the company and it was a pleasant time meeting your colleagues and seniors after working at home for so long and getting to know them in person and not only in work mode. My overall experience in the company is very good and as I said work-life balance is very good so you can work and simultaneously work on your extra skill development....Read More

As of now, there is literally nothing that I've disliked about the company. But one thing I can say, as this is a growing company so you can expect a little delay in the promotion then what you see in other companies but as I said it's a growing company and if you work hard and complete the task on time then nothing can stop you.

This is worst company to join even if you have only 1 offer wait for another Work is not upto mark just managers will exploit you make their work done in given time fram which isn't possible They don't respect you personal life even on Sunday and Saturday you have to work .
