Employees were laid off without prior notice, and despite having a two-month official notice period, they were only paid for one month. - Culture is Great - Remote work provided whenever it is needed. - Reaching out to management is easier - HR policies are employee friendly.

- Micro managed with Desk Time which makes work frustrating many times - work recognition is less or near to zero if you are outsourced resourced resource - appraisals are heart breaking and low which hurts employee 's self-esteem. - work timings are not flexible as you have to come to office according to your team's timing but HR policy says something different.

It's an employee driven company. OpenXcell Technolabs provides chances to its employees to upscale their skillsets and invests a lot in young candidates. It appreciates young ideas and never hesitates to take a risk whenever it comes to assigning a project to a lesser experienced candidate or starting up an entire product division from scratch.

Dislikes

There is nothing in specific to dislike about a company like this. With an on-time salary, and a platform for an individual to upscale, OpenXcell holds an amazing reputation in the industry.

No proper structure or management . Lack of B.A. Devs have to handle everything.

New TA department only focus to hire fresher under TA so TA manager who is not even SSC pass can work as manager. No policy, procedure, mood of TA will decide hiring & Firing. You will be asked to leave a company without any notice on same day so that you will not tell them truth. Salary on time,rest no Employee engagement, zero work life balance.
