Job Security - There is not any job security in the company. Any time you can lay off. Increment - They giving the reason of the financial goal and give no increment in 1 year and second year 2-3% increment but the project is full faced and pipeline. Work culture is not as effective as one might expect. While the company claim to have flexible working environment but in reality, these policies are not consistently followed. Employees were laid off without prior notice, and despite having a two-month official notice period, they were only paid for one month.
