Everything is good. Except the fact that this company works 365 days about which they will inform you on the very first day. Unplanned leaves will not be tolerated. Also growth in this company is slow.

Good corporate culture, Birthday celebration at the end of month, Cultural activities(independence day celebrations, diwali celebration, republic day celebration, holi, christmas, etc.) One of the best company to start your career with if you are looking for future opportunities in KPO/BPO.

Modest salary for the beginners Not suitable for technical persons, Graduate or 12th pass gets the same salary at the time of joining if he is a fresher. Very hard to get the hike. Senior management is alway stable. Impossible to remove them because of the time they have given to company and trust which they have built with the directors.
