2.Job Security : Any time they can Terminate you without any intimation (2021- 102fired & 2023 - 88fired ) 3.Average Salary they bestow to their employee (not more than 6.0LPA in 8 yeaars ) 4. Skill development ; NO new skill you can learn in OATI (no automation only they hav their own products , when they remove person from company, person is helpless bec he has no skill and the skill which he gained in prior years that is useless) 5. Some old staff people feels like they all are CEO of OATI . they treat their new comers like home maids (any time they call them for meeting , reports, Collections, ) - no work culture 6.
