Some lead level people in opcito are really helpful and have a good knowledge of technologies, handles team very efficiently. CEO is particular about work but at the same time works with you if needed. Some people guide and help you like anything. They respect you and keen to solve the problems you are facing.

Unlike some TL and actual knowlegable people, some other people thinks that they own a company (CEO himself does not make you feel that but these people do) They disrespect everyone they are working with, talks with high tones, harsh language and makes you feel that you good for nothing. They even dont understand things if we answerthem polietly. Not knowledgable themselves but thinks that they are the only one who is working. Talks 100% but output 10%. Very abusive work culture. Every thing depends on what kind of day senior is having. No one will do anything about some people as they are family friend or friends with management. Many people left the company recently. I did not had project for long time, but they will not have any transparency. Some people have multiple projects and will be frustrated all day and are not approachable.
