While my experience at Oorjan has been overwhelmingly positive, like any workplace, there have been some challenges. However, these challenges have provided opportunities for growth and improvement. For instance, training & development, work life balance have been areas where we continually work to enhance our processes and communication. These moments have also allowed us to strengthen our teamwork and problem-solving skills.
