1) This is a good place to work with young professionals and learn on the job 2) Work culture is great with opportunities for quick growth 3) During peak season you may experience a bit of work pressure but otherwise there is good work-life balance 4) We also have regular trainings for professional growth which is a good thing. Since I am part of the customer care team, I have to be at my desk to take calls and can't take too many breaks. Just wish we are allowed slightly longer breaks but I'm sure that will also be taken care of soon. Company is very supportive that way.

I am happy to be working with Onsitego. In fact I prefer to work from office than working from home. It's a fun place to be at with understanding and helpful people. As long as you are doing a good job, there are not too many restrictions.

I have been with Onsitego for 3 years and I find the work culture great. Management is understanding and there is job stability even in these challenging times. Good thing is we haven't experienced pay cuts so far, which is a big relief. The company puts employees first and understandsour problem so that is another reason why I like working here. It’s a good place to work at, learn new things and grow. The company pays well and the management and work culture here is pretty good. Employee problems are taken seriously and addressed to ensure employee satisfaction, unlike other companies I have worked with. Onsitego also plans necessary trainings for employees that is helpful for us.
