It’s a good place to work at, learn new things and grow. The company pays well and the management and work culture here is pretty good. Employee problems are taken seriously and addressed to ensure employee satisfaction, unlike other companies I have worked with. Onsitego also plans necessary trainings for employees that is helpful for us. Pathetic Culture, Fully Politics Baaz Company from Top to Bottom, Manger are fully corrupt I highly recommend not to join Onsitego, No work timing, week off are not fixed sometimes you have to work for an month without any off
