Working hours are extremely long, so you get to learn more than what a day job should teach you. The pay is one of the lowest in the country and hence the exit cost is fairly low. Ethics is one of the favorite sacrificial lamb over here. The employees are made big promises while they are joining and even bigger which lures them of incredible appraisal. When appraisal time comes, the top management gives a lot of excuses.The worst nightmare happened during Covid19 crisis when many deserving employees where notgiven appraisal. Some senior leaders were even promised high octane rewards like profit sharing on the newlines of businesses, which never materialized. The company seems to be doing 25% higher revenues than pre covid times but the employees were punished with the excuse of covid19. In fact the top management went on with the stand that, not cutting salary was a good enough reward for this year. Work Life Balance goes for a toss. Some employees, especially from the business teams slogged for hundreds of hours each week and yet there was no word of gratitude, let alone financial rewards. They gave blood and sweat to the company and were met with thankless jibes. Many of these employees went without an appraisal for 2 years. The Product requirement proces is very slow and rigid to accommodate changes. They brush aside critical and important changes at the back of impact and take a rigid stand in driving feature requests. As a result the new business lines never get enough justice and the features are churned out in a slow manner. The tech team is one of the slowest and delivers features which takes 2-3 days elsewhere in 3-4 months. The overall tech, product leadership is lethargic, anti progress and adverse to the smallest bit of evolution. The stakeholders who are closer to the CEO get more traction, better ESOPs and a share in profits despite below average performance while the ones who have slogged hard for more than a year are sidelined and their achievements trivialized. Worst company ever no job security I was told that I was hired for email for the first month after my training. They asked me to take inbound calls for another month emails the next month chat then moved to emails again, which impacted my performance productivity. Without giving me any intimation, they extended my probation, and after a month they asked me to leave. They were continuously asking me to put my resignation. Later, I spoke to my HR, and then she granted me one month of extension. There were terms and conditions that should not be late logins, absentism, no fetal, and productivity should be 100 percent and I agree on that, but till the 15th of September, everything was good. Elton Sumit and Sonali were very kind to me and even my productivity performance was also good. No late logins and also no absentism. After 15th September again, Sonali was not helping me. Elton Sumit and Sonali started finding reasons to remove me from the company. Just after 15th, I also started getting fetals. These three were mentally harassing me before also and after they started again pointing out my loops, not inviting me into the team meeting. Sonali indirectly outcasted me from the team and CCTV footage is the reference. I tried my best to improve myself with a good productivity quality score, no late logins and no absentism, but the company is finding multiple reasons to remove me so I can leave my job by myself, such as giving me more updated cases of others which is quite hard to do. Sonali, she humilated and insulted me in front of the whole team. As per every company, there is a hierarchy that needs to be followed. If I am making any mistake as being a CC agent, she should personally speak to me regarding my performance. She also needs to help me so I can improve my performance instead of showing personal grudges. Whenever I asked any questions, she always made faces or asked me to take help from Biju or others or do it by myself. She also showed so much partiality between me and others. Elton My manager knew that Sonali had humiliated me, but there was no strict action taken from his end. Even after being on email I was asked to take inbound calls, which is also the reason that impacted my performance, and I never complained about it. There was a requirement to take calls after or before shift and I took calls for three days and was told by Sonali that I would get overtime or comp off even if I took calls for one or two days, but when I later asked Sonali after taking calls for two days, she didn't even help me with reimbursement. I even complained to Radhika, my HR, about it; she helped me, but Sumit Sonali Elton is finding out ways or reasons so I can be fired. They are manipulating others to give false statements against me. Vishwas and Afreen made false statements against me, which are degrading my self-respect and dignity. Sonali is intentionally giving me updated cases of others, so that can affect my productivity. They even have asked everybody to come early or stay after shift for training purposes, which should be done during shift. Being my managers, Sumit and Elton are not even ready to understand my situation from my perspective. Daily, they find some reasons to mentally harass me, which is also impacting my health and personal life. I and others like me are adjusting to have stability in our jobs for daily bread and butter. If the company asks me to leave, how will I and others who have been asked to leave survive? Even though festival season is coming, we are coming to jobs to fulfill our and my family's needs.
