Since I have been an employee here for 8 years and according to my experience the work culture is good as compared to other same category organizations.

The most terrible part of this organizations is the every employee is always worry about his job security. This company maintain a culture that when the business start decrease the management start firing employees with following the high paid salary employees.

Adesh Kumar SAP Ariba manger, he will always abuse HR team all the time ,abuse employees and will mentally disturb you and he also interested to share about his personal life that how may girlfriends he had when he was young and encourage the male employee to flirt with other female employees and pass comments.
