Through out the globe onmobile employees dropped to less than 1000 people, OnMobile is a product based company, those who are in startups and not getting time to learn new things but want to settle in big company then you can join onmobile for 2 years, you will get time to study extra and attend interviews, especially if you are product support team then you will get hell lot of time for your personals. Hike max 10% in case of promotion 5% extra, This is the company invented callertunes so once upon a time it use to pay more than Microsoft pay for freshers, now after JIO operator and mobile bucket unlimited plans caller tunes activation dropped like hell so company is in huge loss, earlier 90% of revenue was coming from callertunes itself now only 40% of revenue coming from callertunes rest 60% revenue from other new temporary products like(OnMoGames, OnMoVideos, Contest etc.) Company dosen't have plan B, all old people are resigning now, I worked for 1.7 Years and company has fired 40 people, your job is secured till 3 years you join post that if you are in team which getting some work you are safe else you are not, mostly seniors level. Benfits: free mobile bill + internet dongle for only operations,integration,product support,WFH facility,1.5 leaves per month, you will get 800rs food cupons, earlier cab facility was free for below senior level 1000rs/month but now for seniors and above 2000rs and for juniors 1000rs/m,Gym, Games like playstation, TT, caroms, every year for team outing company will pay 1500rs for you, every year end a big party, minimum 2 parties you can expect in a year a good one, your CTC*5 time is the total insurance they will provide + 3 lakhs medical insurance, very friendly environment , mostly outdated technology used by most of the teams, if you get job in technical operations team or non-technical team and interested to move to technical or another good team like System Integration team you can attend internal interviews....Read More
