The canteen food and the office.

The company was good at the starting, however, after some time the HR got changed and new HR is not at all working on retention and only sits with the leader and never ever come to check how the employee is doing. Even the atteration rate is very high because of this.

Work life balance is the worst. The learning is stagnant. The administration is very bureaucratic. It is compulsory work from office. They call it a data science role, but its an analyst role only.

No likes as such.. The so called legal head didn’t had a Law Degree.. Failed Army guy was interested in politics rather than focus on work. Too much interference in your private life as well by him.

Politics and pay structure. The legal head was more interested in setting up the salaries of advocates rather than HR. High Talker guy. They are looking for pleasers instead of an employees. Don’t know how to please? Don’t apply!!

Management is the worst of collection department. Lot of micro management no personal life .. everyday shift extension n will expect to be on time... Torcher,every day bombarding session for no reason worst experience

Ayesha chelani, priya and delip should join politics. They will suck your blood everyday just to satisfy their egos. Please don’t join this company. Founder anurag and hari only are concerned about money. They don’t care about their employees and coz of this the above 3 people have gained power to exploit the employees.
