Founder anurag and hari only are concerned about money. They don’t care about their employees and coz of this the above 3 people have gained power to exploit the employees.

1. Founders are highly knowledgeable, and you get to learn a ton 2. You get to exercise a very high degree of autonomy in your work 3. You can have a very balanced work life; you get plenty of time to take care of your personal life

1. Org is very rigid against WFH; they want to see people sitting in office irrespective of everything 2. Org doesn't believe in Pay correction; once you are in, there is no correction. You can expect 10-15% appraisals. Pay parity is a big issue. You may find people making 2x of your pay at the same level 3.
