Every negative review that you come across is absolutely true. It's the worst place to be. Pathetic work culture, zero work life balance, extreme form of favouritism within the "inner circle". They have horrible products which you will be expected to magically transform within weeks of joining. If you are not able to perform within 6 months, you will be laid off. Not good for Testing Domino

Company's goals are very bad changes every month, you will be hired for one job and you need to learn other job's in a day and work like a robot not as a human, you will be assigned with two days task to be completed by half day. When it comes to hike and promotion it does not exist in this company for Testing my advice is join as developer is ok as a last option but Red Flag as tester.
