There’s nothing to like. It’s the worst company ever.

I had a very disappointing experience working at Omnicom. The company has no job security, and mass layoffs are common, with little to no warning. The higher management, especially the CEO and CFO, do not care about the employees. There is no transparency, and decisions seem to be made without thinking about the impact on people’s lives. One of the worst things is the toxic environment, especially the business CEOs. The CEO there openly abuses team members in front of others during meetings. This behavior is not just unprofessional but extremely disrespectful. It creates a culture of fear, and there’s no regard for an individual’s self-respect.
